These terms govern your use of Lockvero, provided by Lockvero. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Lockvero is a zero-knowledge password manager. Your vault is encrypted on your devices with keys derived from your master password.
2. Your master password and recovery key
We cannot reset your master password or recover your vault. If you lose both your master password and your recovery key, your data cannot be decrypted by anyone, including us. You are responsible for keeping them safe.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you share projects with.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Lockvero to break the law, store content you have no right to store, attack or probe the service outside our responsible disclosure process, or overload it with automated requests.
5. Plans and payments
- The Free plan is free with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are prepaid for a month or a year, priced in US dollars, and do not renew automatically. Buying again extends your current period.
- When a paid plan ends, you keep full access to view, edit, export and delete your data; adding items beyond the Free limits is paused until you renew.
- Refunds follow applicable consumer law. Contact support@lockvero.com within 14 days of purchase if something went wrong.
6. Your data
Your vault is yours. You can export it at any time and delete your account from Settings. We handle personal data as described in the privacy policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Lockvero available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; if we discontinue the service we will give at least 60 days’ notice so you can export your data.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Lockvero and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
